Hi, can I know is the scenario below normal for multiple device of the same account. I have a meeting with a friend logging into his Zoom account using iPad. He was disconnected from the meeting, but then I can see the wife who was logging into the same account using a laptop but she is in another meeting. I can see her clearly which is in another room, another meeting for a brief few seconds.

Hi,
It is possible the other user may have "Join different meetings simultaneously on desktop" enabled on their account and inadvertently joined more than meeting at once. I have seen this happen.
Or the user may have "transfer meetings between devices" enabled on their account.
Hope this helps.
