In the course of a meeting, we have participants lose connection and we want to quickly return them to their breakout rooms. They don't always remember what room they are in, so it would be helpful to have a searchable list to find the participant and locate the room they were in. We're currently using screenshots, which are not searchable. Any suggestions?

I hope someone can assist. I typically use Zoom on my laptop as normal. I have an interactive screen (Windows OS) in my office and often during a zoom call, I want to switch over to use the interactive screen so that I can use the whiteboard feature as well as making notes on a presentation that I have shared with my team. As soon as I log in to zoom on the interactive screen, it logs me out of my laptop but doesn't give me an option to join the call on the interactive screen. Is this possible?

I need to know how to get the ID and Passcode for an upcoming meeting. How can I request one?
I know that there is a setting to enable recording of individual participants, but I can't seem to get it to work. Can anyone help? I run choir rehearsals online, and mostly have to trust that people are singing the right thing! But at times I have tried to record participants. In the app, I have clicked the enable box for this. When I log into zoom on the web browser and host a rehearsal that way, and press record, it does not record individuals. I just tried logging in through the app for a rehearsal, and pressed record, and it still does not record individual audio.
Any thoughts on what I need to do?

Good Morning, I was wondering if we are permitted to do reoccurring meetings under the HIPPA complaint Zoom? I am trying to make sure we can do this or if we must have each meeting separate. Thank you.
Hello, Twice now, one of my participants has had the zoom call from my personal meeting room crash right when I go to share my screen (to show a video). She has the Zoom program installed on her PC laptop but I use Mac and NEVER have this problem with anyone else (she can't remember which OS it has but said it is an "old" laptop). We tried repeatedly and each time I shared my screen, the program just closed. When she used the hyperlink to join my private meeting room, it worked (although she was warned she would be joining a different meeting so she said "cancel") and brought her back to me. Then as soon as I shared the screen to show the video, she saw it for a split second and then she lost me completely. She was able to hear me but the program disappeared from her computer.
What should we do? I use the free version of Zoom.

When I generate a link for a Zoom meeting the phone numbers listed are for the UK and various US regions. I want to add Italy as I have people in Italy joining my meetings; how do I add Italy, or any other European country for that matter?
I had the bad experience to attempt to login 5 times and get locked out for 30 minutes. If I had gotten a warning after the 4th attempt I could have chosen to use password reset instead. Also, locking me out after 5 attempts provides no additional security. A brute force password crack will need thousands of attempts. Make the lockout after 10 or 50 attempts. This bad experience matters. I had a meeting in less than 30 minutes and had the whole team move to Facebook Workplace instead. If we like it we may not come back. You can lose customers over this. 1) Provide warning before lockout 2) Up the number of password attempts
