In the last month, zoom has crashed at least three times in the middle of recorded meetings or webinars.  I have attached the error report from zoom.  I use zoom for coaching and webinars.  Please help. 

 

My setup is Macbook pro m1 max.  ATEM Extreme switcher, USB-c imput into Macbook as a camera for zoom,  audio input through USB-C connection in Mac.  External HDMI monitor connected to Macbook.   i have updated zoom and all files on MacBook.  It is still crashing.

How can we mute and unmute when we are in the same office on the same meeting?  My husband and I run a consulting business and both need to be able to talk. It is frustrating for him to have to mute and turn his volume down in order for me to be able to talk.  Then I have to unmute and turn my volume up. It's very awkward and clunky.  Any known fixes??

iPad Pro 12.9 zoom screen layout

The zoom menu bar is positioned at the top of the screen and during a mating it block the top row of participants video so that you are not able to see their reaction as it blocks the top part of the video.

 

Is someone else using an iPad Pro 12.9 having the same problem?  Can't Zoom make the screen customizable or have the video  fit below the menubar and not under.

One of our team members get an email every time someone joins a zoom meeting...how do I turn this feature off? 

 

I have tried relentlessly to talk to a zoom rep, however, it has proven to be very difficult. Any insight would be much appreciated!

Resolved! Zoom desktop unable to connect on Mac OS Monterey

A strange issue started happening out of nowhere yesterday. When I try to connect to any Zoom meeting from my desktop app (or do anything with the app, for that matter, such as logging in), I get the message "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again." Nothing seems to get around this. Things I've tried:

 

- Connecting from 3 different routers/locations (all of which could connect to Zoom from my phone

- Uninstalling Zoom from the app's menu bar, restarting my computer, redownloading and reinstalling

 

When I look into the system console, I can see that the Zoom app logged a few errors. Not sure if these are important: 

 

error 09:56:23.519929-0700 zoom.us LAUNCH: Launch failure with -10652/ <private>

error 09:56:37.360683-0700 zoom.us Error loading remote view controller. Error Domain=com.apple.ViewBridge Code=14 "(null)"

 

I'm on Zoom app version 5.8.4 (2421), and Mac OS 12.0.1. Any ideas? Has anyone else seen this issue?

Until now the zoom worked fine, i used only my laptop screen. Today I connected a monitor to my laptop, so I have 2 display now. Today, when I joined to a meeting, I got crash two times.

I don't know what the problem is, maybe I'm using two monitors?

(When the Zoom is crashing, I need to restart my laptop.)
