Hi @lisacalandro thanks for your post on the Zoom Community! There is actually a way to test your own microphone (the device picking up your voice to send into the meeting for others to hear you) and speakers (the device playing sound on your end so you can hear other people in the meeting).  I would recommend going through these steps just to see if it's something local to your computer.
