On the same zoom call I made two separate records. The first one was a quick test and the the second one was the real one but it is not coming up. I have 20 witnesses that they heard that recording was started and stopped. I have a pro account and there is no mention of any limitation. How do I track down the recording?

I have the same issue. I did two local test recordings 2 hours before the meeting, and both came up fine in the default local location on my computer. But the 45-minute recording of the meeting didn't make it to the default Documents folder on my Mac. No file is to be found anywhere, no record of it. Yet attendees heard the start/stop recording announcements.
