Hi, how come when I assign someone as an alternative host (prior to the scheduled meeting), the same person/s assigned in a particular meeting becomes the alternative host of other meetings on the same day? This kind of setting is not applicable to us because we have several different meetings in a day, attended by different people. We need assistance on this topic, please.

Hello, I work in a small open plan office with four people and we've been trying to work out how to stop having echo problems when only some of us join a client Zoom call. So the example scenario is that the Zoom call is hosted by our client and two of us join with our headsets which have in built microphones (+ cameras which have in built microphones but these are switched off). We not only hear eachother through our microphones but also from opposite sides of the desk. There's also the issue of hearing other colleagues in the room who are not on the call. I'm guessing the solution is noise cancelling headphones with in built microphones so it's as if we're not in the same room but I'd be grateful for any other thoughts!

I do Reiki via Zoom, but the music cannot be heard or it cuts in and out. I am using an iPad for my Zoom and I had Pandora playing from my phone to a speaker. How do I get quality sound to go through the mic on zoom to my client so they can get in a meditative state like in my office? I need step by step instructions please.

I would like to be able to send out a group zoom meeting link that can be accessed at any time, not a specified meeting date and time, and also have automatic recording enabled. This is for a work project that I am conducting some online card sorting exercises for. Is this possible? I have only found it possible to enable automatic recording when the date and time is specified, or as a general setting that affects all zoom meeting links I send out. Any guidance is much appreciated. Thank you!

When I switch on MUTE, a banner appears after a minute that says "You are muted now etc .. " OK, I think it' a good idea to confirm it although I can just look to see if the little microphone is crossed out. The problem is that this banner appears right in the middle of the screen. If you are working on something and need to see what is behind that banner at that moment you're stuffed. Is there anyway to NOT have that banner or at least RELOCATE that bvanner to the side or corner of the screen ?

Hi would you please guide me on how to make one meeting ID with multiple meeting rooms in it? Thank you!
How do I enlarge the profile picture that appears with I turn off my video?
I just installed Cloudready 94.4.4 (Home Build) on a HP Pavilion dv6500. Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo processor T7300 (2.00 GHz, 4 MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB). It has 4GB of memory. It has a NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS with DirectX 10 but no listing of supporting WebGL. I installed the App by opening Chromium and going to the Zoom.us site. I'm doing a test from my Windows 10 desktop on my Personal Zoom room. I can get the Cloudready to ask for admission. When I admit, the Zoom on the Cloudready freezes. Sometimes it comes back to the Join menu. Any suggestions?

This seems too simple. When I opened my Zoom account, I wrote in my name. It's always appeared when I enter Zoom meetings or start my own.
Recently updated to the newest version of Zoom. My name now appeared as "user". Well, I figured I needed to go into my Profile and curate that setting. I find my real name still embedded in the settings in my Profile. I erased my real name, wrote in my real name again. Saved it carefully. Exited the online web page for Zoom.
Opened a new Zoom meeting to test it. My name still appears as "users". I am aware of how to edit that information in an active Zoom meeting- but that does not resolve the problem. I shouldn't have to edit that mistaken ID name for every single Zoom I attend.
Since I did go into the Profile and make sure my real name showed, what is the cause and solution of my still being identified as "user" in all Zoom meetings?
Many thanks.
