I have enabled breakout rooms on the web portal (In Meeting/Advanced), but when I go to schedule a meeting though the desktop app (Mac/most recent version of the app updated) there is no option to set prearranged breakout rooms, or any breakout room option. Any thoughts would be great.

I was recently sent a 'join zoom meeting' link to one of my email addresses (same one I use for my zoom account). I am a student however, and no longer have access to that specific zoom account. I created a new zoom account with a different email address and my question is: am I able to join that meeting with this new zoom account/email address if I have the meeting ID and password; or do I need to have them send the link to the new email address?

I cannot share the screen as the host during a zoom session. I have an ipadpro OS15.2. All I get is a black screen with the words, "You are sharing screen" and "Share Device Audio: On." I've tried updating the OS, updating (and uninstalling/reinstalling) zoom. Tested it on and off wireless network. It works from other devices, but does not work with this ipadpro (which I need to use for various reasons).

Hi, I have just upgraded zoom, signed out and in again but I can no longer share my screen with my students.
I can see what I am sharing but my students can't see anything.
I need this feature. Does anyone have a solution?
Does the plugin install for all Outlook profiles or only the current profile?
Meetings: 4 hours long - monday 3rd of January.
And meetings after then - not possible to concent because meeting from Monday are still "working".
Please help me.
Hello, Zoom Community. I have gone through many help videos and articles discussing how to record Zoom meetings. All say it should be as easy as clicking the circular RECORD icon at the bottom of the screen. However, that button is missing whenever I try to host a meeting. What's up with that? *It should be noted that I'm using the BASIC free version and Microsoft S Mode does not allow me to download the Zoom app, so I have been using the browser feature, but the problem persists even on my phone. The RECORD function is simply missing.
