Currently, we are using a paid payment service involving 100 people. This is because I wanted to create a zoom study space where our students can participate 24 hours a day. However, after a few hours during class, I found a situation where the zoom was turned off.

Hello! Can anyone advise if, in order to create a HD video recording with a business account, all people on the call need to set their video quality settings to HD, and not just the host? I am keen for everyone to appear in HD and not just myself. If anyone can enlighten me I would be very grateful!

What kind of camera supports Far-end camera under macOS? Is Zoom only picking UVC camera? I implemented virtual camera with all PTZ features, but Zoom never query for the PTZ control when remote side requesting and caphost scanning camera devices.
I know there was a problem last year with videos processing. I've been waiting for a video for the last hour and half...I checked if something was wrong online, but it says everything is working... Anyone else having issues....? Thoughts on how to fix - I've logged out and back in...still nothing. I guess a complete system shut down and back up is next...but

I am trying to use a Chromebook and i am in a meeting and want to claim thee host. I click on the participant button and the side box appears but no button exists to claim the host.On windows, Mac, Phones it shows me a button to claim the host but not on the Chromebook. Can someone tell me if this is a Chromebook issues or me.

One on one can connect for 30 hours, no disconnection. One on one with someone in the waiting room: is this considered more than one on one? I do classes one on one. Another student might be in the "waiting room", not participating, just waiting their turn. Or would this be the "40 minute rule". Thanks!

Hi, When I am the captioner assigned to mannually type in a meeting, 90 percent of the time it works, but oftentimes when the host assigns me as the writer, the captions don't work. It's almost like Zoom is not connecting properly to my software. And if I don't get this figured out they won't be hiring me again. So I really need to get this figured out. Thanks for your help.

I am streaming broadcasts originating from OBS via Zoom using OBS's "Virtual Camera". The problem I am having is that no matter what I do, and no matter what "Microphone" source I select within Zoom's Audio Settings, my MacBook Pro's builtin laptop microphone remains enabled. This is causing HUGE problems with echo and feedback. Note: OBS is not the problem - I can shut down OBS, set Zoom's "Microphone input" to any other audio source, and Zoom will still be picking up audio from the builtin Microphone.

There is an app called UCanAssess by Learning Spiral in Google Play Store, Telling me to delete the Zoom app or else it will not work. I just download that worst app because my company told me to. I think this UCanAssess app is against the law and order and also the violating the google play policy. I think the Zoom team needs to see this and take an action against this UCanAssess as fast as possible.

I recently find a problem with zoom mac client that if I use a host that not exist (e.x. norhteastern.zoom.us) to login with sso, then all functions with zoom mac clinet will not work properly. I cannot login or enter a meeting! However, if I use another sso that exist (like bham-ac-uk.zoom.us), then the problem is solved. I hope the zoom team can handle this issue ASAP. Thanks!
