We are using a BlackWeb presentation remote, which works with powerpoint apps and desktop versions when zoom is not open. But whenever we start or join a meeting, it no longer works. The only button which does work is the escape button. We've tried wiping zoom off the computer and reinstalling the newest version, but that hasn't worked for us. 

As the host of a meeting, I have a need to track the time that an individual has their camera switched on.  In the participants pane, it shows when a participant is muted, when they have their camera on, when they are screen sharing, etc. However, it is displayed as an icon.  I need a report of how long the person had their camera on (or off) for the entire session.  The reason for this comes down to compliance.  Being on-camera is mandatory for the meetings I host.  Tracking in the main session is not too difficult.  However, when the participants go to breakout rooms, it is much more difficult to track.  A field added to the Active Hosts > Participants report would do the trick.  Or, if there are any plugins that can track on-camera time for each participant, that would be grand.

Hello, our users use Lenovo laptops, and many of then have problems with the microphone, in the sense that other participants do not hear them or hear a very disturbed voice.

PC's are updated to las Windows 11 version and the micro with other platforms, like Teams, work.

We tried all common solutions, update driver, remove other software possibly interfering with micro but nothing changed.

Did anyone had same problem?

I want to adjust my audio settings so I can use a bell in my meetings.  I go to my profile picture as instructed but the drop down menu only gives me plan and pricing and sign out.  No settings tabs... so I cannot adjust the setting.  If I go to settings on the left hand menu, I cannot find audio adjustment tabs to use.  Can anyone help?  Why is my profile drop down menu not giving me the full menu?

When the new upgrades got loaded I choose to have a "portrait" type of filter added to my camera view.  It's like the blurred background but not as intense.  I'd like to turn that off but I don't know where to do it.  Any suggestions?

Since 2 days, my zoom apps gets completely frozen as soon as I activate the webcam in a video conf. Without it it works fine, but as soon as I turn it on, first il will freeze the app ( but I can still see other participants webcam moving ), then the mic and the speakers will crash ( no mic and no sound from other participants ). I'll get an error pop up saying something might be wrong with my speaker settings. But at this point the Zoom is completely frozen and I can't do anything.

Zoom is up to date ( Version :6.4.3 (52139) )

Please tell me how to set up a conference so that the session rooms do not close when the organizer leaves and there is no one else, but the conference is still running. And when regular participants (not organizers) connect, they need to have access to the session rooms.

What did I do?

but the problem is that when I created the rooms, I checked the box so that the rooms would be linked to the conference number, saved them. The conference has started. There are no participants yet. When I, as the organizer, leave and DO NOT FINISH the conference and a participant enters, but there are no session rooms. After that, I log in again as the organizer and have to create the session rooms again.
At the same time, when I press the button "restore saved session rooms" no window opens where I need to select rooms. And I have already saved them before. I don't know what to do next.
