Since the latest Zoom update, every time I join a meeting on my mini-iPad and see the video preview, I must backtrack to the “meeting settings page” (more -> settings menu -> meetings) and toggle OFF the “mirror my video” as well as toggle ON the “mute my microphone” settings. Anyone else having the same issue?

Okay, it’s not a nightmare, but this annoyingly repetitive and time-wasting protocol didn’t occur until recently, and I want the developers to make it stop. Because I have a basic account, I can’t contact them directly about fixing what seems like a bug. Maybe someone here can do me a solid and send my query along to the folks who can fix the problem…. unless someone here actually has a solution! Thanks in advance for any help.

When setting up all my meeting, I turn on automatically recording to my computer.  In the the last 5 (or more) sessions, the automatic recording has not worked.  If I remember, I can turn it on during the live session, but would really like not to have to remember when I am live.  Please advise.

Hello - suddenly one day recently, my output audio (what others heard) became very muffled.  They could hear me only if I shouted.  Then today I tried headphones in a meeting, thinking maybe that could fix the speaking issue.  It did not.  However, upon removing the headphones, now the speaker output is very low.  I can now barely hear the other participants.  I have an older Mac Pro laptop, running High Sierra.  It was all working fine and only recently has this audio issue.  And only with zoom.  I have updated zoom, and checked all audio settings, both on the mac and on the zoom app.  I reset the NRAM or whatever at the Apple store.  Any suggestions?   Thanks!!  This is making zoom unusable.  

Just received an email headed "Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage".  But I have no cloud recordings stored on my Zoom Pro account. 

I have made a lot of recordings to my computer, and they are listed on my account portal.  But they presumably don't take up any cloud storage space. Right?

What to do?

hello - i have a problem, zoom will not find my external webcam (using a sony a7iii). it only allows me to select the integrated laptop webcam. this problem only occurs on my laptop, i can use my webcam on my desktop no problem. The laptop is a dell latitude and is running up to date windows 11 and the version of zoom is the latest.

I have tried adding camera permissions to zoom in windows - but the only option there is to add permission for the laptop camera.

The cable I am using is good and works fine on my desktop. I have tried deleting and re installing zoom and checking for latest firmware for camera and zoom. Any ideas?
