I have Waiting room option disabled (OFF) in Acct Settings. I also disabled Waiting room in the meeting I created. Still, participants are sent to waiting room until host joins. Is this a software bug in Zoom? 
How do I set up a meeting such that participants can join the meeting directly even before host joins?

I've been using zoom to communicate with health providers for 2+ years.  I have a free account.  I'm trying to add these permanent contacts to my list along with their dedicated room id.  I'd also like the meeting schedule to show if it IS actually a zoom appt.  (they show but always as non-zoom) My health situation creates frequent confusion so this can really confuse me about where to be for appointments

I have a ton of contacts from my google account but can't star or add them to any other category.

I record meetings with clients to be transcribed. These recordings are crucial to the functioning of my business. I had a meeting last night with a client. I stopped and started it a couple of times (nothing out of the ordinary, I do that all the time), so there is a recording at 4:31 and 4:32. The one at 4:32 lasted about 6 minutes. I turned off the recording and turned it back on - my client remembers me doing this and remembers hearing the "this meeting is being recorded" message, so we know it was recording. The meeting was long, maybe an hour or so. It still has not shown up in the recordings. It is VERY important that I get this recording. Can anyone help me?

Hi, I am using two Yamaha monitors so I can hear shared computer sound (playlists) for my zoom yoga classes. I connect the monitors to an interface and the interface is connected to zoom on my MacBook. What can I do for the fact that I can barely hear the music/monitors. It could be that I need to download the interface software to control volume. In my sound settings preferences on my mac and while on zoom and with audio connected, the window says there is no output controls for the speaker volume. Maybe I have answered my own question but if possible I would like to avoid downloading yet MORE software to boggle my brain!!🤔
