Resolved! Name when I join is incorrect
I loaned my device to someone for them to participate in a Zoom meeting. Now every time I join a meeting it shows her name and not mine. How can I permanently change my name back?

can't join a meeting
Although i have checked the id meeting more over 10 times and i have clicked in the link to the room but i still can not join the meeting on laptop but i can join by that link and that id on my phone. Anybody can help me, pls?
I need to enter a video of an old meeting
I need to enter a video of an old meeting that was shared with me, but I can not see it. The page show me a message that said "it does not exist", but I entered that video before. I have the link and the password. What can I do?

Muchas veces en reuniones de zoom el administrador de la Reunión, el profesor, etc. Comparte solamente audio de su dispositivo, pero no comparte pantalla. Para muchas personas es un poco molesto, ya que el sonido que se comparte puede que no sea importante y sea innecesario, una sugerencia es poder silenciarlo para que no nos moleste a la hora de trabajar.

Resolved! evidence of actual participation in the meeting
hi there last week i hosted a meeting. i had 120 registrations for the meeting (whou got the zoom-link) but only appr. 100 actually participated in the meeting. because the participants get 1 credit for their "CE Account" i would like to know who of the 120 registered colleagues actually participated in the meeting. i recorded the meeting. thank you very much for your help, lexi

problems with camera
I bought a logitech equipment to be able to have group meetings. But when I turn on the camera it loses quality. Can you help me
Zoom video freezing
I am having difficulty with video freezing for meetings that are abroad (specifically in Columbia and Honduras). The audio remains in tact while the video freezes every minute or so. The only fix seems to be to change the participant views or to minimize then restore the Zoom box. Thanks
