A recent Zoom update appears to have caused a problem with Polls. I launched a poll and one person didn’t answer: he actually had two devices on the call but Zoom obviously wouldn’t know that. I ended the poll and shared results. I could not open the next poll – Zoom sent an error message saying that there was still an active poll (obviously waiting for the final device to complete the first poll). I fixed it by ‘relaunching’ the first poll and closing it immediately. I tried an experiment later – made sure that everyone (incl. that 2nd device) answered the poll. Everything then ran as it should. Has anyone else had this issue?

We do an attendance poll as multiple users are watching on one device. However, not all devices see the poll. We check zoom report and sometimes shows like 54 were polled and 100% of that 54 participated. However, we see we have connections of like 70. While a couple are host/co-host, and these do not show in the poll we know, we interviewed some and they say they never saw the poll on their device. What could be the cause for that? Participants are on multiple platforms and device types (IOS/Android, pads, phones, pc's).

Hi! We are attempting to live stream ourselves watching a video. There are two of us and using screenshare, in zoom we can see ourselves and the screenshare perfectly. But on youtube, the screenshare is the whole video with one 'speaker view' in the top corner and tiny We would like youtube to see exactly what we see: the video we are watching and both viewers at a reasonable size. Any advice very appreciated! Thanks.

When I use my iphone camera to show a demo, the sides of the screen are cropped grey and the top and bottom are cropped black. Cannot get a full screen for my viewers.
I just recorded an interview and forgot to change the view to Gallery. I left it on speaker view by mistake. Now the recording only shows my guest's image and not mine. We can only hear my voice but not see me. Is there anyway to retrieve my image or is it gone?

I have always used Zoom by creating a connection from the Mac and sharing my iPad with the Goodnotes app but now it seems to no longer work. I don't see the attendees and they don't see me plus when I write Goodnotes on the iPad the attendees see a black page. I use a Mac with Monterey 12.1 and an iPad with. iPadOS 15.1.

I would like to connect Zoom meeting registrants to Hubspot to capture emails, names,, etc. I only see this for zoom webinars, is there a way to integrate the Meeting Registrants, we have large meetings and use the register function and like to push that to Hubspot vs downloading a csv to upload. Any suggestions?
