Hi all,

I have scheduled new recurring meetings ("in the future", it is not about recovering/reactivating old ones as many posts are mentioning) via the web page or the desktop client. And even after log in/out or refresh they are not shown in my desktop client but only in the browser one. And if I plan via desktop client it is not shown in the browser portal.

I also mention that I cannot see past recurring meetings in my desktop client...

Non-recurring ones are sync between desktop and portal perfectly well.

Tx for support

I was asked by the host to record the meeting. He made me an alternative host. I did record the meeting. Saved the File and went on my Drive. However, I wondered why there was no "Converting File" that showed up. I disregarded that thought and just went through checking the file. It was 1.22GB but when opening it, it has the 7 seconds recording I recorded for practice before the meeting started. How can i retrieve the recording????

Attendees joining report that I am already in another meeting, when I am not>....??

This has happened 20+ times and it happens randomly and I have no idea how to fix this issue.  I start a meeting, and incoming attendees tell me that they cannot join because I am already in another meeting.

Any suggestions?

Hello Zoom Community,

I am the regular host of the Zoom Test Kitchen, a live community workshop of like-minded folks from 90+ countries, who desire to learn the details of Zoom Meetings, Webinars, and much more.

We meet every Friday at 2PM CST / 7PM UTC.

This Friday, December 17th I want to thank and welcome @Rupert McRae who graciously accepted to host, in my absence.  Rupert is a well-versed contributor in this Zoom Community, and does a great job hosting the Zoom Test Kitchen.

This Friday's Focus - Advanced Zoom Polls & Quizzes.

I personally invite you to join us, or watch from YouTube if you prefer, where we stream our meetings live, and for playback later.

The Zoom Test Kitchen has provided a relaxed learning environment for over 1 1/2 years. Whether its managing a Zoom Meeting, Webinar, or delivering a full-blown production with Zoom as an essential ingredient, you'll definitely walk-away with more than you arrived with.

The Zoom Test Kitchen is a LIVE Workshop, it is NOT a PowerPoint Presentation, and we often identify undocumented behaviors that save our bacon in the workplace.

Thank you and we hope to see you in the Kitchen!

Hi! A few weeks ago, the polling feature allowed for questions that had new lines in them. For example, we used polling feature to ask coding questions such as

What will the following function resolve to?

function addNumbers(num1, num2) {
 return num1 + num2;

addNumbers(2, 3);

That entire thing would show up, formatted exactly including new lines. However, now it won't allow for any new lines and our questions can no longer be formatted reasonably. Is there a way to get this functionality back through a setting or maybe there is a way to embed images to replace these questions?

Thanks for any help / guidance!
