Until recently my recorded Zoom interviews showed video of both the host (me) and my participant depending on who was speaking at the time. However, lately, recording only included video of my participant despite the fact that my video was enabled and displayed on screen. I have not made any changes in my settings, so I don't understand why the recorded video does noy include the host (me). I wonder if because of a change made in a Zoom update. Anmy ideas welcome.

Gostaria que me esclarecessem se é possível na aplicação Zoom:

1) visualizar no modo galeria todos os participantes por ordem alfabética;

2) visualizar no modo galeria mais do que 25 participantes por janela;

3) transcrever o audio/discurso de uma reunião num ficheiro txt ou em outro formato de texto.

Em caso afirmativo solicitava como proceder as respetivas configurações.

After running the breakout room several times, the assigned participants' rooms may change.

For example, it has the following form.

Assign Mr. A to room ① and start breakout room

↓

Breakout room end

Checking the breakout room screen, Mr. A is moving from ① to ②

We allow movement between breakout rooms, but it's puzzling because it's not a situational situation.

If anyone knows anything, please let me know.

It often happens that the person I send the zoom link cannot access the meeting. They  say that they get the notification that the host (me) is in another meeting....where I am not! I am there waiting for them....and there is no way to solve the problem other than deleting everything and tell my guest to wait for another link via email. This way works but it causes embarrassment and waste of time. Can anyone help me to understand why this happens? Thank you

I use the same survey content every time I schedule a MEETING. Is there a way for me to not have to type in the content from scratch every time? I schedule MEETINGS 9 times a month and it seems like a tedious waste of time copying out the same survey content each time. I like the survey being part of the Zoom follow-up email so it is important for it not to be a third-party link (that is currently an option).

Anyone else come across this problem?
