So... I have a meeting I need to attend weekly. Every time I need to attend I need to go to my original invitation email OR to my notepad where I have saved the URL. Thank you
Is there a way I can set this up in Zoom so that it shows my meeting(s) that I need to attend and saves that contact info? And even better can you also have that information propagate to the Apple Calendars app?

Hi everybody, is it possible to have a meeting divided into two rooms with one observing the other? Meaning, one room would have an interviewer and interviewee, the other room would have plenty of observers and an interpreter if possible. Is it possible for the observer room to watch the conversation between interviewer and interviewee + have an interpreter for it, without the interviewee to see them? My company has a licensed plan.

I use zoom for sharing my screen using my Macbook air. To scribble notes during the meeting, I use my IPAD notes which I share using Air play option in the zoom share screen and share to my participants. After upgrading Macbook to Monterey and iOS to 15.1, the screen sharing using airplay is not visible to my meeting participants. This is impacting my work. I contacted apple support and after a lot of troubleshooting, they have suggested to log a ticket with zoom as it seems to be a zoom issue Can someone help resolve this issue.

Hi there! 10 others came on the call and I was muted as long as I was still on original sound. Once I turned that off, everyone heard me, but the sound quality was less good than I wanted. Can anyone help me figure out why this would happen? FYI, the meeting was happening on my basic account and I had handed over hosting responsibilities to the 2nd person on the call. I have since upgraded to Pro, but I don't find any information for why the account type would have affected this situation.. Thanks for any help possible! Kristin
I was on a call with a single person, using original sound with a high quality microphone. She heard me well.

we have often zoom meeting /training on same network. When the zoom over 50 participant, the screen share and sound quality is drop. Sometimes, meeting/training is around 100 peoples, that become to be unacceptable. We try to push half peoples to different internet link is no big different. Check the network utilization is not high. Any recommendation?

Does anyone know of a configurable Bluetooth hand held remote control that could be used to operate zoom as a participant on an IPad or PC? Or a smart phone app that could do the same?
After an armchair solution ☺️👍
PROBLEM SOLVED. For the good of anyone else having this problem: There's a small drop-down arrow next to the word Zoom when you're asked to log in. Click that to choose between Zoom.us and Zoomgov. Then you'll be able to log into your Zoom account. Worked for me! I just got a new M1 MacBook Pro and I'm trying to get all my software up and running on it. I've been looking forward to having the virtual backgrounds for my many Zoom meetings for a long time. My older MacBook couldn't support them. I tried several different ways to download Zoom but whenever I download the one that's supposed to be for Apple Silicon machines, it turns out to be a Zoomgov client. I even had the older version downloaded with Rosetta and Zoom asked me to update to the newest version that doesn't use Rosetta. When I did, I was back to the Zoomgov client! I've never had a Zoomgov account and don't want one as I'm not a government employee. Why is Zoom only providing a Zoomgov client for me to use on this new computer? The biggest problem is that now I can't log into my account because it says (rightfully so) that I don't have an account with Zoomgov. What am I supposed to do in order to get Zoom.us running properly in MY account on my new laptop? Thank you for any help! Sandee

I am trying to set up a meeting with one breakout room that will go all day. Some people will be invited to the entire session (the interviewers), though most will need to be invited for parts of the meeting (e.g., 4 interviewees to be there 9-10, 5 interviewees to be there 10-11, and so on). They would all come to the meeting and then be placed in the breakout room at their scheduled time slot. I can make the whole meeting invite, but when I try to adjust the time for these individuals, Zoom changes the whole meeting time. If I copy the invite, I lose the calendar feature in Outlook. Any suggestions are appreciated.
