Submit an appeal Error 1003
My account has been disabled with error code 1003 for no reason, I have appealed many times but have not received a response. Please let me know how long do I have to wait to unlock my account?

My account has been disabled with error code 1003 for no reason, I have appealed many times but have not received a response. Please let me know how long do I have to wait to unlock my account?
Pop up message "You'll need a new app to open this zoommtg link. Look for link in the Microsoft Store." Trying to host meeting on Laptop with Windows 10. When I click 'Launch' a pop up comes up with the message above. I click on the microsoft store icon and it says no zoommtg found. Please help, I'm new to zoom so not sure what to do

Hi Zoom Community, I am officiating a virtual wedding through zoom in 3 days for the first time with a live language interpreter. I met with the interpreter a few weeks ago and it was set up correctly. At least it worked with him then. Last night I had my husband and daughter get on the zoom link to test it out. I have the 'world icon' interpretation button on my host page, but my husband and daughter did not have access to the button! Without the button, no one can access the live interpretation. I am feeling a little panic over this! How do I correct this?

Hi there, I would like some assistance in figuring out why my zoom meeting won't stream in my facebook groups (it does work on my pages and on my timeline. I checked all that could be a problem. I am the admin in the group. Zoom is added as an app. In my zoom settings, I'm allowing zoom to livestream in FB and allow custom live streaming. I have cleared my browser cache and cookies. What could be the problem?? This is the error message I get: (#200) Subject does not have permission to create live video on this group Loraine

Hello Using iPhone 13 for meetings and recordings. Just wondering if there are any settings that I can use to remove the black side allowing full screen? Positioning the phone landscape camera angle is too wide and the screen is not tall enough. Any advice is greatly appreciated

I have a Pro account with 2 licensed users. I can schedule multiple meetings for the same date & time with no problems. Just now I scheduled 4 concurrent meetings and there are no warnings, Zoom allows it. However, according to the help page on concurrent meetings (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206122046-Can-I-host-concurrent-meetings) I will only be allowed to host 1 of these meetings. Why does Zoom allow me to schedule multiple concurrent meetings if I am not allowed to host them? @Bort tagging you because your answers are the clearest! @Jenwith tagging you because your question was the closest to mine AND very well-explained.

I have already scheduled a zoom meeting under my free Zoom but have now upgraded to Pro. Do I need to create a new link to send out or will the one I created under my free account automatically revert to Zoom Pro?
