So I have the latest version of zoom 5.8.6 (2048). I am facing the problem since a month. Wwhenever I am turning on my video, the meeting is getting freeze. My video can only be seen mooving and all other's are freezed. I am annoyed and I can't attend the classes. Please help me. I am loosing my faith in zoom. Thanks in advance. Soory for my bad english.

When I begin a scheduled meeting as a host, I have always just hit start in the Ipad app---now after doing that, in order to connect with participants, I must go back to the link I sent to them//hit that link and then leave the first meeting to join them---the message says host is in another meeting---HAS SOMETHING CHANGED? My procedure has always worked before. Many thanks

First time using Community for an issue, I am running out of ideas so hoping someone has run into this issue before. Basically the O365 calendar integration with Zoom stopped working sometime last week. According to our Exchange Admin, the integration is still functioning and is setup the same way it always has been, but the only meetings we see are ones that we are hosting. I do not see the rest of my Outlook meetings showing up anymore. I am not sure if it is because of the latest Zoom update, or if its just coincidence. I tried setting it up for other users, and we don't get any errors during the setup, and once we set it up it appears to finish as the "Add Calendar" option in the Zoom App disappears...though we don't see any other meetings. I have tried this with multiple people to add new, and I have tried resyncing my account. I can confirm this has been working for well over a year in our environment, and just stopped working within the past week or so. Any ideas out there?

I work with a producer from their platform. Is there a way for me to present in Speaker's View so I can see my notes? What happens when you have a summit, are the speaker's able to present as a cohost as see their notes? I can't seem to figure this out, but I am assuming it can be done.

Zoom used to work on one of my older laptops but recently as of last month keeps crashing. It launches into the login/join a meeting box and before I could finish typing the meeting ID or try to log in, the app just crash. I have reinstalled zoom. I have updated all my WIN10 drivers. I have enabled mic, speaker, camera. I have cleared the cache. I have closed all other apps. Checked that the camera, sound and mic drivers are working. I can't change the video settings as I was not even able to log in. I am running WIN10 Home 64bit build 10.0 19043. 16Gb RAM DirectX12 Nvidia Gforce GTX1050 Any advise on how to fix this?

Buenas noches, l a universidad trabaja con blackboard que se conecta a zoom, pero con la actualización de zoom del 22 de noviembre 2021 en pc, solo llega a abrirse una ventana en blanco y no da inicio a mi Reunión, solo em aparece el chat con el Bot, pero no he podido solucionarlo. Lo que hago es ingresar por mi celular y después cambiar en mi pc. Gracias de antemano.

I installed the Zoom for Salesforce app in my Salesforce staging environment. I've created the custom permission sets and assigned accordingly. When I click Start A Zoom Meeting on any of my page layouts, I'm shown a screen with a button to sign into Zoom (see attached screenshot). I click the button and nothing happens. The Salesforce tabs stay but the main section just goes white.

Zoom magically stopped loading from web links today. I tried to update zoom and it says "check version failed." I've restarted my computer and regranted permission to everything on my computer (PC), so I have no idea what else to do. I can't contact support because my account isn't gold status or whatever and need this to wrap up my work this week. I work in television and it's impossible to respond in accurate detail when screen sharing is being viewed by a cell phone. I've tried every trick from the 6-8 step checklists online when Zoom stops working.
