I use a Mac mini and my monitor doesn’t have a camera.

Can I be in one meeting from my Mac and iPhone simultaneously?

I have to take a foreign language class for which my tutor needs to be able to see me and also be sending me reading materials at the same time. 

So is there anyway I can use my iPhone for the camera/audio purpose but still be a part of the meeting to receive files, etc on my Mac?

My wife is using Zoom to connect as a guest to a course. The lessons are hosted on a local education college's official account. She has always had connection and stability issues with this account that cannot be blamed on our bandwidth or WiFi.

I have tested this by starting streaming services or connecting to Google Meet or Zoom at when she tells me that there is a problem. She can connect by the session keeps dropping out.  

The only remedy has been taking her iPad and going to another location nearby that actually has a poorer internet connection.

This feels like a latency issue that may be caused by ISP routing and I suspect that her device has been cached somewhere and keeps being routed the same way. While I cannot control what the ISP does, I'm wondering if there is a way to reset routing within the Zoom environment? 

Or does anyone have any suggestions please?

How can i successfully send invites to additional people for a Zoom meeting already sent out via the Outlook plugin?  This is what happened when i tried:

• I have created a Zoom meeting using the Outlook plugin.
• I sent it to one grouyp of attendees and started to get responces.
• I want to send an invitation to another group of attendees.
• I hit the 'Add or Remove Attendees botton.
• I added the new names/emails to the 'To' box. and hit  'Send Update.
• A dialogue box asked if i wanted to send to all or just those added (or deleted) I chose 'added'.
• So far so good.
• Then I hit OK.  It then said the message was replaced with the generic message!  So i changed it to the one I wanted and hit 'Send update' again.

It sent it to the whole list again!!  Ahh.

How should I have done it?

Hi, I would like to ask regarding the zoom recording. the recorded video appear small.

there seem to be a black/blank area around the recorded video.

it does not disappear even when view in full screen mode.

the aspect ration of the recorded video is also not consistent. 

I was the host and another participant share her screen for presentation.

What is your organization's procedure for:

• Granting external guests permission to host meetings.
• Sharing a departmental login?

My organization has an education account, uses SSO, and will be implementing account consolidation in the near future.  We require that licensed Zoom accounts be set up with a specific domain. Occasionally some employees are requesting that external guests be given alternate hosting abilities on meetings, and some groups are requesting that we provide them with a shared zoom account. I am aware of host keys and am certain that some of our employees give them out to external guests to let them host meetings in their absence, but I'd love to hear about what other organizations do to handle these kinds of requests. 

I had recently recorded  a meeting on cloud. One of the participants wanted a recording, so I edited the portion where the subject participant was speaking. But how do I restore the original unedited version? The time length in the video shows 3 hours+. But when I play it, its only 9 minutes . How do I restore the original recording?
