Video recording issue
Hi there, please help. In the first 6 minutes of my Zoom recording there is no video. Only audio. After 6 minutes its okay again without having done anything. What is the cause?

I am only logged in to my zoom account on 1 device (ipad) i am able to join meetings just fine. but when i want to start a new meeting using my personal zoom room, it tells the participants that they are in my waiting room and i havent started the meeting yet. however it shows my waiting room as empty

Hi All - I have the Zoom Plug-In for Outlook installed on my computer. If I set up a recurring meeting in Outlook and use the Zoom plug-in to schedule the meetings, all of the calendar invites DO populate with the Zoom link, however, those meetings do NOT transfer over to my account in Zoom online / the website. They do not show up under my meetings. I've run into trouble if I've needed to reschedule one of those meetings in the series / recurrence: the actual Zoom link has completely dropped off the calendar invite, but not every time - so I'm a little confused what happened. The impact is my participants join the meeting and I don't have the link myself to jump on to start it. Has anyone else figured out a solution to this: do I just use the link in the calendar invite to start the meeting and hope for the best and give up on in it showing up in Zoom itself? I can't be the only one with this issue. Thanks!

Having difficulties downloading then saving a recorded zoom meeting from the Cloud. I can watch it but cannot save the file. Any suggestions?
Using a checklist and confirmation process, I checked the 'HD record' box and saved my recordings locally for 5 interviews. 2 of the 5 interviews did not actually record in HD? Is there a way to obtain an HD recording of the 2 interviews at this point AND what would cause this?

So I found out that if you enable dark mode in the zoom client and you join a meeting, the "Waiting for host to start meeting" popup/window is still the light mode colour scheme. I just wanted to let them know in case they overlooked it.

We conducted a meeting with a speaker who received some really beautiful comments in the chat box. We unfortunately did not record the meeting and even though I left it open for a while, she somehow was unable to see them after she was done speaking. I know this is a long shot, but is there any way to retrieve those comments now?

The issue is host starts the meeting, and enters something in chat. When participant#2 joins, they dont see the chat message. And when participant#3 joins, they won't see the chat message that was typed before by the other 2 people. I thought of sharing the zoom chat window, but that does NOT show up in the shared window. I even tried the portion of the screen. So on settings of the account, I enabled "Show Zoom windows during screen share" but that didn't make any difference. Thoughts? I don't know how to solve this issue?

Would you help to check is it an expected behavior?
When we use headset join zoom and do a video meeting, then unplug my headset, find Zoom pop "Failed to detect your microphone" message.
