On my last meeting of about 20 people, roughly 15 of them signed on from their own accounts but were all named "Chelsea".  They had to manually go in and change their name if they wanted to show their actual name about their box.  How do I ensure my next meeting does not give each person my name and  instead signs them on with the name attached to their account?

Zoom call " interrupted or quit"

Recently on one of my  Zoom calls, I was 'interrupted'  11 times and had to redo the ID and Passcode to reenter the meeting. Then within seconds, I was interrupted again.  After doing this 11 times, I had missed most of the   meeting so I stopped trying.  Last Tuesday again, my Zoom "quit' on me 3 times so I had to reenter my ID and Passcode. However, since this just happened 3 times,  I was able to join most of the meeting. I sent 2 e-mails to Zoom asking for help with this problem and I never had the courtesy of a reply. If anyone knows anything about this problem, I would appreciate your help.  I have windows 10 and Office 365. Thank you, Cherie Ross

MacOS Meetings (not webinar) app: giving screen share ability to participant(s)

I'm unable to give a participant the ability to share their screen when I host a meeting.

I have:

 

1) followed the instructions found at 2:50 of this video:

2) checked my zoom profile » settings » meeting » screen sharing and the option is enabled

(Question: Am I correct in thinking that the settings here are default and can be overridden in the app's screen share button's  » advanced settings options?)

 

3) toggled every combination found in the app's screen share button's  » advanced settings options area.

 

Participants are still unable to see the option at the top of their screen showing the host's desktop to change the screen being shared from the host's screen to their screen.

 

What am I missing?

I want to create a meeting for 250 persons, 1 anfitrion

Hello! im not pretty sure if i want to create a session for 250 people it is necessary to pay the business option 18 $ approx and also i have to pay  licenses?? I only need at least 1 anfitrion and 250 participans.

Recording both participants in a 2-person Zoom

I've been using Zoom for years and only recently have encountered this problem: when recording with only two participants, the video recording only shows me as the host and not my guest (audio of both however).  I'm in gallery view and, as I said, I've recorded before with no issues and this started in the last few months.

 

What do I need to do to fix this?

Jeg har problemer med at dele min skærm, men mine deltagere kan godt dele deres. Jeg opdagede at da jeg var alene på Zoom i starten af et møde, kunne jeg gode dele. Jeg synes jeg at prøvet at fjerne/tilføje flueben men intet hjælper. Derfor håber jeg... Show more
