New users registering for Zoom acct, not receiving set up email.
I have new users coming on board at our company and we have them set up a free Zoom account at zoom.us. They input their birthday and email address and then are told an email was sent to their email address. They have not received any email. I have checked our email filters and have not found any attempts for an email from "***********" to the new user at their company email account. I have also gone as far as whitelisting the domain "zoom.us". This issue has only started in the past week and with the 2 newest employees in the past week. I had another new employee the week prior and they were able to receive the email from "***********" and get their account set up without any issues, as well as all employees prior to that one. Is anyone else having this issue?
