Registration auto-fills with an alien name and email address

I have just created a new meeting that requires registration.

 

When I test the registration link, I find that it is autofilled with an alien name and email address I have never heard of.

 

I deleted the meeting and created a new one. Same problem with same name/address.

 

I forwarded the link to my partner and she found that it correctly autofilled with her data. 

 

Can anyone explain what is going on and how I can fix this?

RECORDED MEETINGS ARE GONE

All of my recorded meetings are gone. I did not delete them. Also I signed into my acct via my phone and I cant open a recorded meeting from my phone bc its not the computer the video was recorded on; However this is my account. Why cant I access my ... Show more

All of my recorded meetings are gone. I did not delete them. Also I signed into my acct via my phone and I cant open a recorded meeting from my phone bc its not the computer the video was recorded on; However this is my account. Why cant I access my recorded meetings/videos from my own phone when signing into my own account. In addition all of my videos from 2023 and 2024 are gone!

Where is the option to select, record?

I cant access my previous files

In our company, we bought Polycom Studio x50 for VC solutions. The main provider is Team, and they have a Team Meeting Room Pro license. also, the Zoom meeting invitation is accepted as a third-party meeting. according to the Microsoft article below command is ran

Set-CalendarProcessing room email -ProcessExternalMeetingMessages $True -DeleteComments $False -DeleteSubject $False

when the Zoom meeting is scheduled I can see it on the meeting menu and can join. after a few seconds, the room user is kicked out eventually. there is no error command. firmware is up to date

Black/Grey screen shown when some users are screen sharing

 I have been getting greyed images when users are sharing screen especially on windows computers.

We are working with Zoom in Holland since last year with no problems. However the host of the meeting receives now the following fault message:

 

Unable to Join the meeting

This meeting is not accessible from Germany at this time

 

All the participants of the meeting are people in Holland. 

What can be the reason of this fault mesage?

Hello there. I am currently enrolled in an ASL class where there is no talking prohibited due to respect for our teacher. I have no issues with the app besides the video having roughly a 4 second delay on my end even though the audio is fine (when i've been able to talk with people). I've restarted and deleted the app multiple times but nothing seems to be changing the video lagging. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please help me.
