Hi, ich habe eine einmonatige Erweiterung für bis zu 500 Teilnehmende gebucht. Beim heutigen Meeting war beo 100 Pax Schluss. Warum hat das nicht funktioniert und wie bekomme ich jetzt mein Geld wieder?
