Every session should now be assigned to the correct license.

cannot uninstall Zoom from MacBook

Zoom on my MacBook is very buggy and not worth using, but I need it. Zoom Twitter has all the info but I haven't heard back from them. It occurred to me that uninstalling (then installing a fresh version) is the best option. But when I click on Zoom at the top of my screen, there is no "uninstall" option at the bottom--there should be one. Please advise on the best way for me to uninstall since I'm missing this option, for some reason.

Virtual background

My Win 10 64-bit PC got i5 750 (4-core) still can't use virtual background....why? Please help. 

I've checked meeting setting is correct. It just show that my device is not support virtual background.

Participants cutting out when computer audio is being shared

I attend a weekly exercise class on Zoom. Our host provides music via shared computer audio. On some occasions, not every meeting, when participants speak, the music cuts out. I'm wondering if that could be caused by a bandwidth issue? I've been tryi... Show more

I attend a weekly exercise class on Zoom.  Our host provides music via shared computer audio.  On some occasions, not every meeting, when participants speak, the music cuts out.  I'm wondering if that could be caused by a bandwidth issue?  I've been trying to track down some resolution for this issue for some time and have so far come up empty.  So, if anyone can help me, I would be very grateful.

I am teaching online with Zoom. I do not have access to an annotation board. I think that I may have the wrong app. I have Zoom client. Should I have a different app so that I can use the annotation screen?  I also noticed that the microphone is off and I am unable to turn it on.

 

This is on my Amazon Kindle tablet that I have this issue. My Google phone and my pc are not effected by these issues.

As an Zoom admin, how can I verify someone is using the zoom plug-in

As a zoom admin, I'm trying to validate who has joined Zoom meetings without the Zoom plug-in installed.  

 

Does anybody have a method for determining who does not have the zoom meeting installed.  

profile photo doesn't always display when I join a session

When I join a session my profile phot doesn't display but if I start a session it seems ok.

Any ideas?

Edit share settings for a Cloud Recording

Hi, I ran a class and shared the link for those whom could not attend live. However I set it for "authenticated users only" and now I want to share it with someone who does not want to sign up for Zoom. How can I edit this?
