Virtual Powerpoint Background does not allow powerpoint animations -- only static images. Is there any infrastructure being built around this for the future?
On the Dashboard it shows the top 10 locations. Is there a way to find out for the locations listed outside the US who the users were that used Zoom in those locations?
Hi,
the host has been disconnected several times, how is the recording going? Is it possible to recover each recording song? or else only the one from the last connection cannot be accessed?
Thank you very much and very happy new year 2022 to you
I already have setup several Zoom Rooms, and integrated them into our PBX system so that outgoing phone calls can be placed from the Zoom Room Controller. This is well documented. However, one of the recent rooms I've set up is a Personal Zoom Room for a CEO. The room works as expected, except, there is no item in the configuration for the room in order for me to add the SIP/client information. Is this a feature that is NOT included in Personal Zoom Rooms?

I would like to share a video over Zoom, however I would like it to be full screen and not see my speaker box next to it. I only want people to see my video, not me (the host) or any other participant, How do I do this?
I hold meetings once a month for our Book Group. The last meeting on person could not get the audio when she has been able to in previous meetings. We have some troubleshooting and found that her speakers are fine, the sound is turned on, and she can get audio fine on other sites such as YouTube. What else can we try?

Hi, I have a problem with the zoom client on Windows 10. The zoom client pops up a message all the time. Even if I close it, it pops up again. The error code 60 cannot be found in the online help. I attach two screenshots and translate them here: First one says, the certificate does not originate from a trustworthy server (us04pns.zoom.us), and a warning that it might be a man-in-the-middle attack, Second one show the certificate information, stating that the root certificate is not trustworthy. the certificate has been released from and for usg310_BCCF4F6C163. Can anybody explain if the certificate is valid, and what to do to prevent the window from popping up permanently? Thanks in advance Hardy

It's been two years since most of us were introduced to Zoom, and some of us still haven't figured out mute button etiquette. It is baffling to me how much of a problem it still is! People enter meetings talking, sneezing, shuffling papers, or during a meeting will blatantly take a call, or don't hear the background noise their echo is making. However, the person running the meeting (hosting) is often in the middle of a presentation or trying to hear the other users' comments/questions and can't focus on muting them! I would submit that Zoom should expand the mute feature so that the other team members can mute the interrupter at will. That's it! I think it would be a simple fix that could reduce a lot of unnecessary interruptions (the host trying to tell the speaker to mute themselves or pausing to find the mute button, etc.)

After the updating Zoom on Monday, the videos are distorted when they're pinned, spotlighted, or in speaker view. The bottom and right side are kind of cut off and the "remove pin/spotlight" are centered instead of top left. I also have 2 screens (1 laptop screen and a 2nd monitor), when I move my Zoom window/application between the two, the videos (participants and myself) become frozen, distorted, or don't show at all. Sometimes my Zoom will crash from this and I have to leave the meeting and rejoin in order to see anyone. This especially happens when I have about 20+ participants. If it's just me, it's alright. When I share my screen, I can only see my participants in "show thumbnail video". When I press grid view, no videos show. I really need to be able to see my participants while I present my screen. Please help, I have tried adjusting my video settings "original ratio", "HD", etc and un-installing and re-installing Zoom.
