Errorcode: 60, root certificate not trusted, pops up warnings all the time

Hi,

I have a problem with the zoom client on Windows 10.

The zoom client pops up a message all the time. Even if I close it, it pops up again.

The error code 60 cannot be found in the online help.

I attach two screenshots and translate them here:

First one says, the certificate does not originate from a trustworthy server (us04pns.zoom.us), and a warning that it might be a man-in-the-middle attack,

Second one show the certificate information, stating that the root certificate is not trustworthy. the certificate has been released from and for usg310_BCCF4F6C163.

Can anybody explain if the certificate is valid, and what to do to prevent the window from popping up permanently?

Thanks in advance

Hardy

The client device is likely on a network that is using an SSL-inspecting ("man-in-the-middle") proxy. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360052337271-Zoom-Untrusted-Server-Certificate-issues
