Running Zoom on HP windows 10 Chrome. I get the above message and sound is not recorded clearly. Suggestions?
Is there any graceful way, as in a supported parameter, to shut down Zoom completely with command line or script? A user jumping between meeting platforms have issues with sound devices on Windows.
When I'm managing breakout rooms, I have both allow participants to choose room and allow them to return to the main session selected. However, when I need to move a participant to a different room nothing happens when I click the [Move to] button. I get no options and am unable to move the participant. This was working for me until the last update. What do I do because I need to be able to move participants!

Hi Zoom support/community: Is there a setting to have the recorded video switch to the person who is speaking (like it should)? This was working fine until a few weeks ago. I have made a few recordings, and now I only see my video and not the other speaker’s video. For example, this video SHOULD have switched back and forth to the active speaker but instead it stayed on my video the entire time: Any suggestions? Is there a setting that changed in the past few weeks or with a recent update or did I inadvertently change this important setting? Not sure where else to look to fix this. (Search for related info, it appears that the "Spotlight" settings might be involved, but I've never used these.) Please advise ASAP. THANKS!

Hello Zoom Community, I was doing my online banking and received 2 Zoom messages saying that Zoom wants access to my account. Of coarse I hit the “deny” button. I am wondering if this has occurred to other people? If it’s actually Zoom who is trying to access my account? Why this would happen? Thank you for any assistance.

Both in the browser and with Zoom PWA, the option to join audio with computer ist not available. The font in the button is greyed out and the button is not clickable. Video works well. The same problem is described here: https://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/130535/not-able-to-select-join-by-computer-audio-in-zoom All the permissions are set to allow both the use of camera and microphone. With other services like MS teams everything works fine. I am using a freshly installed raspberry pi OS with chromium browser on a raspberry pi 4 (4GB) with USB webcam incl. microphone. Thanks in advance for any help!

For 2 years my partner has taken a weekly music lesson via Zoom, and recorded the lesson. After converting the video and saving it as an MP4 file, the lesson video has always included the Settings icon, which he used to slow down portions of the video for practicing. Suddenly the Settings icon has disappeared, not only from recently recorded lesson videos, but from all the previously recorded lesson videos. We've searched through online directions to restore the Settings icon but they are mostly either about adding the Settings icon to the computer's Start menu or for iPhones, or they just don't work. We have an HP Pavilion x360 laptop running Windows 10. The Settings icon is still in place on most YouTube recordings so it has not disappeared entirely, just from the Zoom-recorded videos. How can the Settings icon be restored for the videos?

I have a brand new laptop, I installed Zoom and when I click on the icon it says "Try again later" I can't even launch zoom after the download. I have installed and uninstalled, rebooted many times. I also tried going to Security & Privacy to allow access and Zoom icon does not show up, my slack app does show up and no issues. Zoom does show up in my finder/applications and I pulled to my dock, anything I do I get the error message, "Try again later".
