Dear Zoom Community

 

My Subscription plan is Pro, I have increased the number of participants from 100 to 500 and received the payment confirmation. However, now that I already sent the invitations to my invited guests; do I need to generate new links for the session? or Not?

 

From a logical perspective, the links should not be affected; only the capacity will increase but I don't know for sure and I couldn't find a similar inquiry in the Zoom community posts.

 

Please reply quickly, it's urgent!

Guten Abend!Seit geraumer Zeit erscheint nach Anklicken der "Bildschirmfreigabe" kein Fenster mehr mit den Freigabeoptionen, sondern die letzte Einstellung. Es ist immer mühsam eine erneute Freigabe zu starten, um erst dann dieses Fenster zu erhalten... Show more

Guten Abend!
Seit geraumer Zeit erscheint nach Anklicken der "Bildschirmfreigabe" kein Fenster mehr mit den Freigabeoptionen, sondern die letzte Einstellung. Es ist immer mühsam eine erneute Freigabe zu starten, um erst dann dieses Fenster zu erhalten. Gibt es eine Einstellungsmöglichkeit? Hat dies mit dem neuen Update zu tun? Kann mir da jemand bitte helfen?

Getting Error when trying to stream on Facebook

I am getting this error when i am trying to stream on my Facebook group. 

(#200) Subject does not have permission to create live video on this group

 

I checked the settings. It is cheked off for FB streaming

 

Can you please help resolve this issue?

Can't adjust audio Input Volume in combination with Focusrite USB Interface

I'm running Zoom 5.8.6 on a Macbook with 10.13.6.

I am using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Usb Interface to record my audio.

 

The problem is that I am not able to adjust the "Input volume" bar when using the Focusrite interface. It always stays at minimum level and if I adjust it moves back to minimum automatically.

Automatically adjustment of input level is deactivated.

 

 

Does anyone know a solution for this?

I have a Pro account that I established  year or so ago via the laptop I was using until recently. I bought a new laptop and installed Zoom thereon. Now when I join a meeting  that I scheduled, I get an email telling me that "David has joined the meeting". I am "David", the owner of the Zoom account that organized these meetings! This never happened before on my old laptop - and moving to the new laptop is the only thing that changed. While this may not suggest  any issue exists with my account, it makes me wonder about it. Any suggestions as to why this is happening and how to make it go away? Thanks much.

I just started using Zoom on my Facebook PortalTV, and can't add a custom virtual background.  The app says it can be done at https://zoom.us/profile/setting I can't find it.  Can someone help?

Resolved! Move previous meetings to upcoming meeting

My meetings rolled off into previous meeting before I had a chance extend the end date. It is imperative that I keep the same meeting ID for newly scheduled meetings.
