Hi, I'm scheduling Zoom calls for a CEO through Google Calendar. 

 

She doesn't want participants to wait in the waiting room; however, if a meeting goes over, the next call can't come in early. 

 

I can manually change the Zoom meetings already scheduled from her personal room to a private room; however, when I make the change in Zoom, the private room ID is not reflected in the calendar invitation. 

 

With meetings moving forward, how do I create a calendar invite with a private Zoom meeting?

Spotlight

We would like to spotlight several people in a meeting, but it seems that some people can be spotlighted and some cannot.  All users we wanted to spotlight were co-hosts. Is this a Zoom update problem?

Resolved! Scheduling Meetings

It would be great if we could schedule meetings for the 1st and 3rd (_day) of the month. As it is now, there's no way to do that. I know it could be every other week, but we don't meet every other week, we meet on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month... Show more

It would be great if we could schedule meetings for the 1st and 3rd (_day) of the month. As it is now, there's no way to do that. I know it could be every other week, but we don't meet every other week, we meet on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month and I have to create two different meeting ID's and that's very confusing to my meeting attendees.

 

If I schedule for the first Mon on the month and there was a + to add another time, then I could add the 3rd Mon of the month for the same meeting ID. Does this make too much sense not to do it?

I did a local recording of a meeting just now. After the conversion finished I created a download folder under the zoom folder for today's date. It would not enable the download option, so I said to skip it while I created a folder someplace else. Bu... Show more

I did a local recording of a meeting just now. After the conversion finished I created a download folder under the zoom folder for today's date.  It would not enable the download option, so I said to skip it while I created a folder someplace else. But now I can't find the file to download from zoom.  Any suggestions?

Resolved! Duration of Zoom Cloud recorded sessions

By default, recorded sessions of Zoom meeting are saved for 90 days. If I unselect the option, will the sessions I have recorded on Zoom Cloud will remain saved until manually deleted?

I just finished a zoom session that was recorded. At the end I got the 'converting' progress back. And a the end of the process I clicked on CANCEL instead of Save, by mistake because I was exhausted after teaching a 2 hrs webinar...

Is there anyway  to recover the video file?... Please help.. I'm desperate.
