Are there plans to allow .csv upload for registration question answer choices?

We would like registrants to select from a long list of registration question answer choices - too long for someone to type in all the choices. For now, we use an outside app to collect the answers and then upload .csv files to complete the registration in Zoom. If you would allow us to upload the .csv once of the answer choices, we could do everything in Zoom and save so much processing time.
