Is it possible, as an admin, to list all upcoming meetings and webinars for all users licensed ? How ?
Good day! I have a problem with the video quality of the conference. The problem occurs when more than 10 users from the same local network connect to the conference, when everyone turns on the webcam, participants slow down or turn off the video, some have distorted sound. Participants in the settings have default settings for the camera.
The gateway's dashboard shows an incoming speed of 30-40 Mbps. The load on the gateway is minimal. On the gateway, they increased the number of packets, which did not help.
What could be the problem?

Hello to all, we know, that one user can only loged in to one Desktop App at the same time and so logoffs can happens. But this is not the reasen, in this case. And in preferences, we configured, that users not loged of, when inactive. In SSO preferences, we also configured a long intervall, befor a user will be loged off. Thank you for your help. M. Schmid
Is there a log-file where we can find the reasen for log offs?
Or is there another reasen for logoffs (we not think abaut)?

Following a recent update all scheduled meetings audi dial in settings have been defaulted back to US. This has meant going in to all future planned meetings to correct them back to UK & Ireland. Perhaps these types of things can be checked prior to update rollouts Thanks!

I use iPad for annotation purposes which allows me to connect to the projector by mirroring the screen. However, when I try to do screen recording at the same time, it won't let me. My iPad is higher than IOS 11.1 and Zoom is 5.9.3.

Buongiorno ragazzi, ho bisogno del vostro aiuto, da due giorni mi succede un anomalia, ovvero ai miei clienti che si collegano compare questo messaggio : "L'organizzatore sta partecipando ad un altra riunione in corso" mentre in realtà io non sto partecipando a nessuna riunione. Non mi arriva nemmeno la mail di Zoom alla quale posso collegarmi per ovviare a questo problema quando entrano in sala d'attesa. Come mai ? E'come se il mio link fisso fosse occupato da qualcuno. I was hosting a Zoom webinar on April 27, and recording locally (I believe). Zoom quit unexpectedly, and when I was asked if I wanted to covert the recording file I clicked cancel, because with the converter running, I couldn't get back into my webinar. I started recording again, and found that file in my documents folder. I can't find the recording of the first part of the webinar in the documents folder, in my zoom.us account or through my Zoom app. Does anyone have any idea where else to look? Is there a file extension for unconverted videos I can search for? Did I goof by not converting it immediately?

I usually use zoom in two devises, one for work and other that is personal. Is any wey that I can maintaince the same meeting password and the same ID, for both devices? If I conect from de work notebook the password and the ID, is different if I would conect from the other notebook Tengo dos computadoras una para trabajo y otra personal, uso zoom en ambas. Cada vez que hago una reunion en cada computadora, veo que el ID y la contraseña cambia, dependiendo de que computadora use .Hay alguna forma de mantener la misma contraseña e ID para ambas computadoras?

our vanity URL is approved and looks nice on the first part which is ourcompany/zoom.us, but can we change the second part which is a long line of random digits and letters to something nice and corporate too? Thank you
I need to schedule meetings on behalf of other people in my organisation. For this, I have access their Google calendars. However, the Zoom add-on doesn't allow me to swap the meeting host, which means all meetings are scheduled with my own zoom meeting ID instead of theirs. Is there a fix for this please?
