Hello all
I am logged out of my zoom account as soon as I type in the chatbox. I have updated zoom. Reinstalled the same but its not fixed yet.
Hello what is the best way to assign individual password to each participant?
I need to have only specific persons/emails authorized, possibly via a registration page.
Can I do it with a normal meeting or do I need a webinar?
Thanks for suggestions

Our company has a zoom business scheme with 10 generic zoom account. We are using on-premise Exchange Server 2013 for organization email systems. We want to integrate Exchange with our existing Zoom business scheme so that all the user can create Zoom meeting request through Microsoft Outlook to all the recipients. And the meeting schedule sync with exchange server and reflects with the calendar of respective users' MS Oulook as well as our Business Zoom Account.
Any suggestion/experience in this regards will be very helpful for us.
Thank you in advance.

Hello, One of our clients had a cloud recorded meeting last evening, and none of the attendees are showing up in the recording. In other words, when I click the Analytics, no viewers are shown. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know why this might be? thanks!

after version 5.7.6, my video has rotated abnormally 90 degrees.
Even if I rotate the video correctly in settings, It only works at once.
It rotated abnormally again in another meeting.
How can I solve this problem?
Hello, I only want to record one person in a two person meeting - but my guest, not me the organiser. We use these recordings as video testimonials from our clients and, with normal recording settings, when I ask a question the recording doesn't switch over to the guest until a moment after they've started speaking - leaving me on the screen for a few frames. This is really annoying and tricky to edit. I've tried pinning the guest on my screen, but that doesn't seem to change the video recording, which still records me when I speak and leaves me on screen as the guest starts to speak. Is there a way I as the organiser can set meetings to only record the guest, even when he/she is not speaking? Thanks for any tips!

How can I move the recording of one session from the local computer to the cloud
I'm considering upgrading to Pro to help with homeowner's association meetings. If I have the Pro account and schedule/invite to the meeting, do attendees also need to be Pro users to eliminate the 40 minute time constraint?
Hi Everyone, I'm new here and not fully sure how to navigate, so apologies if I'm posting this discussion in the wrong place. My question is about audio. Sometimes during a zoom call, the other person suddenly tells me they've stopped hearing me. When I lean in closer to my computer and/or talk more loudly, the problem seems to resolve, and I can usually then lean back again...until the next time it happens! I've checked the microphone input levels both in my computer settings and in zoom (they are turned up to maximum) and have tested the microphone in a number of ways. Generally it seems to be fine, and to pick up my voice even when I'm sat some distance back from the computer and/or talking quietly. I've also tried setting the 'suppress background noise' option in zoom to 'low' instead of 'auto', in case it was inadvertently blocking out my voice as background noise. I'm not sure this makes a difference either, and I don't have such an option in my computer settings (I have a MacBook Air). This doesn't happen all the time or with every call, just occasionally. It doesn't seem to happen with other software such as Skype or Facetime. I'm interested to hear if others have had this issue on zoom (especially if with a MacBook air) and how you may have resolved it. Thank you in advance for any responses 🙂
