Greetings,

I am having trouble editing my profile name.  Someone lent me her zoom account to host a meeting.  Now, I am always showing up as this person's name whenever I enter a meeting of any kind.  I have my own account.  What's going on?  Thanks for your help.

Hello,

-From the start menu or your applications folder, open the installed Zoom Application.

-Click on the Profile icon in the top right and sign out of the account you are signed into.

-Sign into the correct account

-Verify that your profile name displays correctly here https://success.zoom.us/profile and click edit and verify your Display Name is correct as well. (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201363203-Customizing-your-profile)
