Hello. I have a free account with Zoom but have never used it for anything except attending a couple of meetings. A friend of mine in Colombia is wanting me to teach her English online. Would this basic service work for that? Is there a time or frequency limit as to how often we could have lessons through Zoom? I don't really even know what other questions I need to ask. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

I have a 500 meeting licence however over 2,000 people have registered for the meeting.
Does anyone know if all of the participants will be able to join the meeting? I'm not worried about breakout rooms. I won't need to use them.
Hi, I've been using Zoom throughout the pandemic 1:1 30m-60m. I've never had the 40m time limit trigger secondary to no more than 1 participant a time. During my last 2 meetings the time limit triggered and ended the meeting at 40m. I was in a 1:1 meeting and no one entered waiting room, etc. Is there something new that was set this month on 40m time limit regardless of participants? Thank you!

Hello, Since severals days, the screen sharing doesn't work anymore on my computer. Either i have the following message "sharing screen is not allowed", either i can do it but no one in the meeting see my screen. I have a premium account, and everything was working well before. If someone could help me that would be great. Thank you

Help! I've been using clour recording for a very long time and never had an issue. But last month one of the recordings failed to upload. Kept on saying 'recording in process', so I thought that perhaps I was over my storage limit. That was on the 1 of August. I've been away on holiday so I didn't think much of it. Yesterday I had no problem recording a meeting, so I thought I was back to normal... but today Sept 5, once again a meeting failed to upload and shows the 'recording in process' notification. I'm not doing anything different! How can I access those recordings, please?! Thanks See image.

I have read 2 hours of your supposed help resources. all interpreter language info is for hearing to hearing spoken language interpreters. great. what about the deaf? Thanks!
zoom used to automatically include audio dial in numbers in the invite info. It did not today. is this going to continue? I looked and this may be because I was told it's illegal for you to force deaf people to pay for a pro account just to get access to basic free meetings plus the audio dial in number for the ASL interpreters. I have a VP that automatically connects me to an interpreter at no cost to you or I but it requires i input a phone number. so now that you stopped charging me is that why suddenly the number isn't there? How do I get this number? My coworker also could not find the number. This wasted half our meeting and finally we just typed back and forth. MUCH Better meeting with an ASL interpreter.
Tried using your chat help and the bot has ZERO info on anything deaf or ASL or sign language or audio dial in related so I can't find the info i'm looking for. tried to ask for a live person and zoom customer service sucks. now that i am no longer paying you for a pro account JUST TO GET THE SAME BASIC ACCESS AS HEARING PEOPLE with FREE accounts, suddenly I can't speak with a live representative.
WOW do better. over2 hours of my day wasted 12 months of paying for a pro account I didn't use except to get access to the number my ASL interpreter needs to dial in for interpreting that YOU don't even pay for. I'm super close to filing a legal complaint against zoom at this point. I was told this issue was corrected You really should pay back all we deaf who paid for pro accounts and you should have help info about these issues not just spoken language interpreting. Sorry for repeating myself but you waste my time I feel free to waste yours. This is affecting my relationships with those in my field and attempts to communicate. I'm having to settle for at the best automatic captions (which are often incorrect) but in a one on one meeting havign to type back and forth with my coworkers is NOT ideal. Especially when it's FREE to get sign language interpreters if you just give me the freaking audio dial in information.
Anyone know how to get around this BS?

How do I share pdf files in a meeting that are saved on my computer w/o 3rd party app?
When sharing screen with a video, the participants in the last few weeks are hearing a lot of static. I can't hear it, so I had a member of my church record the static. It's not the computer because I just brought a new computer and it is still happening. I also had another church member share screen and play a video for our church account, and the same thing is happening. I'm wondering if its from the latest update because we never had the problem before. If I speak when sharing the screen, no problem. It's not in the edit because I tested with a video on you tube and we still get the static. This is my personal zoom account and it's happening here, in addition to my churches zoom. Any help would be appreciated.

Camera not working (black screen) after upgrade to 5.10.4. I have tried almost everything to solve this problem - no effect. Please could you say how can I solve this or return to the previous version? My laptop is Lenovo (if it matters), camera app on windows is working correctly.
