I would like to use a PNG for my virtual background. So I can show my logo and name in the upper corners and the rest is just invisible me.

I can not find any option to do this.

 

When I use a PNG just with the logo and my name zoom automatically make the rest black. Like in the image, in my png everything black ist invisible.  

 

Is there any option to realize this?

Personal meeting ID disabled. How to have access?

I need help. Zoom did an update of my account and  my Personal meeting ID disabled has been disabled.

 

What can I do to be able to see it and copy the URL?

40 minute cut-off

I have a basic plan. It reads that one-to-one meetings should be allowed up to 30 hours. Mine cut off at 40 minutes. Am I not understanding the plan correctly? Or was this a technical error in Zoom’s part?

Assigning a captioner in zoom works randomly no consistent

Hi,

Half the time I am assigned as captioner in zoom it just doesn't work.  I've followed all the tutorials and it still doesn't work. Is someone else having the same problem that can help?

Missing of Recording

I had recorded a meeting that was 2 hr more. I had not gotten the recording through mail or in my computer.  This was a very important meeting. Pls reply as so as possible.

Does anyone know how to get zoom to show up as an app that has requested access to screen recording in security and privacy on the mac? It shows up for the microphone and camera sections but not for this and it's not allowing me to screen share. When... Show more

Does anyone know how to get zoom to show up as an app that has requested access to screen recording in security and privacy on the mac? It shows up for the microphone and camera sections but not for this and it's not allowing me to screen share. When i try to do so it says to open system preferences and change it on security and privacy but it won't even show up. Everything on my zoom app to screen share is also all turned on.
