Hello Community, a co-host recorded locally instead of on the cloud, and now she does not have the Speaker View on her pc, that is what I need.
Has someone an idea of what happened, and if there is a way to find the Speaker View Recording stored somewhere else?

I've shared a recording with passcode with subtitles on and realised there is an error with the subtitles. Can I change the password so people can't access it? Disable meeting link ? Or take subtitles off whilst people can still access?
After a meeting, I received the following pop-up message:
How can I go about converting this recording. I do not see any "Recorded" tab when I go to "Meetings".

I am trying to convert a local recording and get the "Allow zoom to access files and folders" message. When I go to change it, I can't. The zoom is in a faded colour and won't allow me to click on it, thus not allowing my file to convert. Any suggestions?

An invited participant tries to enter a meeting but gets an error message that a meeting is already in progress. I then have to re-invite the participant to enable them to join the meeting. I have enabled the waiting room.
When Zoom is focused, the SoundCloud tab in the background pauses. Is there a way to not have this happen? It also does this with Spotify.
Hi everyone, we have a conference with 100 people coming. The conference has discussion group of 5 people who will have an open dialogue for an hour. Is there a way to have just the 5 people on the screen for the hour. If this is not possible what would be the best solution please?

Several of my students are having this issue. I've sent them the link, session ID and password for the scheduled session every Wednesday yet, they're taken to a different session, scheduled for Thursday, which is not the one corresponding to them and the app shows a message stating "The host has another session". Why is this happening? they're getting pretty annoyed thinking it is my fault! Can you please help on this matter? I'm sending you a screen capture of my session settings on this matter.

I don't know how to add / delete / rename while the breakout room is running.
How can I do it?
I have an important meeting coming up with several speakers giving a presentation and then a few panel discussions. Given our small staff, I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to ensure that the appropriate speaker is spotlighted as soon as they start speaking--regardless of whether they are the only presenter, or part of a panel at that moment. I don't want to have to "spotlight for everyone" manually, in real-time, if we can avoid it as the meeting host will be busy advancing slides, etc. What is the best way to do that? Should I make sure the check box "see myself as the active speaker while speaking" is checked? Or is that only relevant to the user, not the audience? Any advice would be extremely helpful!!! Also, I think the meeting host is going to use a laptop expressly for the purposes of sharing a slide presentation during the meeting, so that speakers don't each have to fumble with sharing and stop sharing their screen. We'll combine all their slides into one file, obviously. And then the host will grant them all slide control. Any experience with this approach and any recommendations or tips to share? Thank you!! Tension is high. 🙂
