No audio on recorded Zoom Meetings

I have a user that has recorded Zoom meetings locally and the audio on these videos is not there. Is there a way to retrieve the audio from these meetings or are they lost?

@wsmith30 Zoom does not keep a copy of your recordings, so if it is not on the local copy I am afraid it is lost.
