When one of our account owners joins a call, he will always automatically get the host. This behaviour is not useful, as this diables screensharing for other participants.
How can we disable this functionality?

Good afternoon I need to set up multiple Zoom meetings for 3 different users at any one time. I have added 3 new users to our Zoom Pro account yesterday. I have the following questions: 1. How do these users log in, do they use the same login as the licensed account? 2. Can the Owner of the license create the zoom meeting's for all users? Is there any way that these are easily differentiated in Zoom? Thanks very much

I have a paid pro account and use it for weekly two-hour meetings of a group of friends. As far as I know, they have only zoom basic accounts. I'd be grateful for any comments anyone may have on this.
in the past when I have had to miss a meeting, I have asked one of the more frequent attendees to start the meeting in my absence and claim the host privilege by using my host key.
I understand from the announcement that when a basic user creates a meeting of more than two people, there is a duration limit of 40 minutes.
It is not clear if this applies only to their own meetings, or if it also applies to meetings of a licensed that they initiate.
On one hand it would seem that any of the meetings that I create can run longer than 40 minutes, so does that limit change if a basic user starts the meeting, or is it still an unlimited duration meeting because it belongs to a licensed user.

Dear all, I am a student and is having difficulties using Zoom for my meetings with my classmates as the 40 minute limit is always there, except on one occasion. I chatted with the Sales people and they said the students plan used to exist. I think that since online learning is becoming the new normal, we should actually unlock the pro features for students to let then engage with their classmates more easily. Hi Zoom Community! The company I work for has "Community Calls" at least once a month, and we record them (cloud recording) to be watched at a later date for those that are unable to attend. We've noticed though that when we share the recording it only shows participants that are on video, is there a setting or a way to show or reflect those in attendance that aren't on video where it may just have their name? For reference, I download the Gallery View from the Cloud. Thank you! Maggie

My time zone is GMT +7, I purchased Zoom Meeting Pro for 1 month period in GMT +7, 9:13 AM, April 14, 2022. Supposely, my service effective date would be on April 14, 2022, and next invoice date is May 14, 2022. But in my Zoom billing and invoice, the Subscription Period is from April 13 to May 12. Is there anything you can help me for the time period? Because I still have works need to be done by Zoom on May 13, 2022. My invoice number is INV143067649. Also, I already checked my profile's timezone, even reset it and search for help through email but still haven't had any helps.

I use the "Start a call with Zoom" shortcut within Slack, Zoom will open but will go to a gray screen and eventually time out. If I click on Zoom, I receive the "Beach Ball" loading icon and I can force close Zoom. Upon reopening Zoom normally by clicking on the app, it will go to another gray screen, I am unable to join or make a new meeting. My only work around now is to completely restart my Mac. I have tried reinstalling Zoom and even using the Apple Silicon download.
