Start meeting without host

But, please help))

I use the paid-account.

And i want to call people to my meeting without me like host (i can heard recording later), and without pre schedulling meeting.

Just call peole at the time with id and password of my meeting.

How can i do it?

Cause always they saw - wait the orga))

You could setup a recurring meeting with No Fixed Time - and with "Allow participants to join anytime" enabled.

For "Allow participants to join anytime" you will need to have "Allow participants to join before host" enabled at https://zoom.us/profile/setting

A question about the new rules starting 15 July. When a participant joins without the host (account holder) present, is the meeting restricted to 40 minutes, or can it run the full programmed length?
