Audio drops on conference and stuck file sharing

Hello, I am from Bangladesh. I was having problems with audio and file sharing (file shared but no one couldn't see) during our group of company board meeting this morning (10-03-2022) via Zoom Communication. I check my device, network, internet connections, everything is fine. In the last 24 hours I checked the status of Zoom and found 80% complained about the Zoom server connection issue.

I want suggestion, how we can get rid of this kind of problem during our board meeting in the next one week.
