Meeting guests report link with encrypted password not working

Hello,

I have included a link to my zoom room in google calendar invitations that includes the encrypted password.

A number of meeting participants report that they are being asked for the meeting passcode when using the link.

Does anyone have any ideas about whether this means that my users need better instructions on how to use the link or whether there might actually be a technical issue with these links?

Any ideas? Thank you.

Hello @jsibley,
My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! I recommend implementing Google Calendar integration in your Zoom Rooms to alleviate user error. That way when you create the event in your Google calendar and "make it a Zoom Meeting" it will pull the join link directly from your account with the password hash embedded (if you have that enabled) and your participants can simply click yes on the calendar invite and it will add the join link to the calendar event space in their Google, Outlook, etc Calendars.

I hope that this helps.

Regards,

Brandon
