Hello, I am planning a conference on zoom with multiple breakout room session. Is it possible to pre-assign all the breakout rooms and open them in groups, or do all the breakout rooms open all at once? Any workarounds if this is not possible?
I set up registration with custom questions for an upcoming meeting. I selected the host to receive an email when someone registered, but the detail of the registrant (answers to custom questions) were not showing in the emails. I can only view the details by logging into Zoom and clicking on the individual name in the meeting information at the bottom of screen. Is there a way to receive the detail in the registration notification to the host?

Hello, Looking for solutions to a camera selection issue on MacBook Pro. I am using my laptop with 2 external monitors both of which are the same model 4K LG. On other applications like Microsoft Teams, I am able to select/switch to any of the 3 cameras without any problem. In Zoom sometimes when the app opens the correct camera is selected, but sometimes not. When I go into video settings the 3 cameras show up, but if the wrong LG monitor is selected if I click to switch to the other LG monitor the video will not switch. I can switch to my built-in laptop camera but not to the other external monitor even though all 3 camera options are listed.

In the middle of the meeting, as a participant, I must have clicked something. The strip of 6 people showing in the gallery (while in speaker view) moved from the top of the screen to the side, covering up the speaker, and behind my chat column. How do I change the gallery strip of 6 people to show on top or bottom? My goal is to see the speaker on the main screen, see the strip of 6 people on top or bottom of the screen, and see the chat strip on the right side of the screen. Right now I can move the vertical speaker strip, but can't get it back to a horizontal speaker strip. Help! And also, I'd like to see the main speaker without the chat and gallery overlapping, if that is possible. So really, I have two questions: making the gallery a horizontal strip, and making the speaker, chat, and gallery not overlap.

Hi All, Please assist with this "fine print" query. Licenced User sets up meeting and attendees join. Licenced User then gives "Host" privileges to Basic User who is support throughout. Licenced User remains co-host. Does the fact that the Basic User is now the host affect the time limit of the meeting now to 40 minutes just because Basic User is now host? Or is this unaffected as the meeting was originally set up by the Licenced User? This is quite important for our business going forward. Thank you for all your contributions.

We are testing Zoom on iOS for iPad and we've noticed while on a video call the video stops if you multitask and use a different app at the same time. Does anyone know when/if Zoom plans to address this? I know this used to be a limitation of iOS but it now is possible. For example Webex will allow you to do this.

I’m using Zoom on iOS. If my colleague shares their screen, I see both their camera feed and their screen share. If I minimise Zoom, I see their camera feed Picture in Picture. But I want to be able to see their screen. Anyone got any ideas?
There doesn’t appear to be away to select screen share as the PiP feed. Even if they turn off their camera, that just results in a black PiP, which is a bit daft.

Hi
I can't get a full screen on Zoom.
It comes up with black sides in landscape mode (see photo attached)
My accessibility settings are full screen.
Id like a full landscape screen, not with these black edges.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
