Accessing a Recorded Zoom Meeting

I am the administrator of our Zoom account and need to access a recorded meeting from a user who was terminated today from our company. How can I access the recording?

Hi @ssteele 

As long as the terminated user was not deleted on the Zoom account, you should be able to access their recordings through the Recording Management option under Account Management. This page gives admins access to all cloud recordings on the entire account.
