Leaving Breakout rooms
Hi there,
How do attendees leave a breakout group without leaving the meeting if I (the host) don't close the breakout rooms?
Speaker View
Would someone please explain the Speaker View to me? At my first meeting, I could see the small pictures of each person at the top (Gallery View) and when someone spoke, I saw their face in the larger view below. When I spoke, however, I continued to see the small picture of me in the Gallery above but did not see my face in the larger view below. Perhaps this is the way it's supposed to work, but the leader of my first meeting didn't know if my face should appear below (on my monitor) when I said something. Thanks for your help. Bill

Break out rooms - saving information
Hello,
Do you know if zoom save the breakout room information anywhere? E.g. the attendees which were included in which room and also any chat from that room?

I don't see any report option for attendance download

Disposable link with confirmation
Hi, I hold one-day training courses. I have to invite 150-200 people to zoom for each course. Thanks
I want people not to be able to share the invitation link and only come to the meeting themselves.
I am currently sending the link to 150 people, but for example, 170 people attend the meeting and it is very difficult to check this number of people.
What solution do you suggest?

Problem scheduling a meeting
I have scheduled meetings before. Now when I ssign in to Zoom and click on Meetings, the option to schedule a meeting does not appear.
Account Settings
Can someone point me to where the "Allow Account Export Feature" is located? It should be to allow for exporting of an accounts Meeting settings.
