Some question about the license

If I send out the meeting invitation link to others when I do not holding a license.

And then my group admin authorized my account before I host the meeting.

Can the meeting run over 40 mins? or the license will not valid in this meeting?

Hi, @SETMark –

In general, you can schedule a meeting any time, and invite any number of people you like. When the meeting is started, Zoom checks your license limits, and applies those limits to the meeting just started — regardless of when it was scheduled.

So yes, you can be a free user, schedule a meeting, then get upgraded to a paid account, then start your meeting, and you’ll have whatever capacity your license was at the time you started the meeting.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.
