I kept on seeing 2 images of myself when I use the slideshare as virtual background. Is there a setting that specifically turns off the smaller self-view window so that it does not appear in my presentation and live streaming? Thanks for your help.
Hi according to sdk zoom-sdk-android-5.9.3.4273 conflict with my current project when to integrate. According to this source https://devforum.zoom.us/t/the-libraries-dependency-to-jcenter-in-mobilertc-build-gradle/56459 they planning to upgrade the version to latest exoplayer 2.16.1 but until now still no further action do to sdk. Please someone help me to solve this conflict. Thank you.

I recently purchased an Elgato Green Screen – Collapsible Key Backdrop to use at Toastmaster Zoom Meetings. I am using my Lenovo IdeaPad3 laptop with the built-in camera. I am encountering difficulty getting the image on my computer to fit the green screen background. You can see the edges of the screen.

We are deploying Zoom to all of our workstations and have noticed that zoom is asking for admin credentials, assuming it is from the independent dataports setting, but we are installing the MSI with SCCM to the system context with admin credentials, so it should have all of the permissions to install with the independent dataports switch. We are currently rolling out 5.8.4 x64. If the users dismiss the admin prompt zoom still seems to work just fine but will keep promting until the credentials are entered. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? How can I check if the independent dataport flag has been enabled? I installed Zoom on a new HP EliteBook computer, running Windows 10. When I join a meeting, my video displays a still of the view when I joined the meeting and immediately freezes. I can see other participants' video feeds just fine. I only see my frozen video, and the other participants only see my frozen video as well. I've tried following directions from other posts, and nothing has worked.

A couple of my students are getting the "Incorrect Passcode" even thought it's correct. Even when I send invite directly to them it doesn't work. Any ideas on how to fix?
It simply doesnt work for me. Tried all possible ways. Anybody else has been able to use it?
Hey all! We have been running a full virtual event setup for a long time now, and I've noticed I am having frames dropped in our meeting rooms (even with HD rooms enabled). Signal Flow: Switcher SDI Out > Decimator Converter to HDMI > Magewell HDMI+ > i9 MBP and M1 Mac Mini (all on a 1G Fiber network for streaming multi rooms in house) Signal being sent looks fine through zoom, but on the receiving end, we're still not getting full 29.97/30 fps at all and it looks like it's sending at 25 FPS instead. Anyone have any suggestions? Is there a Magewell firmware upgrade that might fix this? Attached is a screenshot from one of our shows (doesn't look 1080p) and saying I'm receiving only 720p even though I'm supposed to have HD rooms =/
