Is there a possibility to have a non-audio notification that someone has joined the waiting room? I'm envisioning something similar to the orange highlight and icon change that occurs when someone enters something in the chat while the host has chat minimized.

Currently, the only solution I've found is the alert notifications which play a sound. We have people who are hard of hearing in our user group and would greatly appreciate any visual alternative. 

I host public board meetings for a local govt. office, and our Public Comments are limited to no more than 3 speakers at a time, on each item of the agenda. We already have the meeting set on auto-mute and speakers ask permission to be un-muted, but is there a way to auto-set their speaking time to 3 minutes (and show the timer) before it auto-mutes again? My supervisor said they saw this in another zoom meeting, but I can't find it anywhere in the basic or advanced features. Is it a separate app? 

Live transcription is not working when joining and hosting a meeting. All settings are check marked. We are able to request live transcription and the host is able to "activate". Once the host activates transcription, no captions show up for either the host or meeting attendees. This has been happening since the update on 4/25/2022. 

People who registered for recent webinars are complaining that the cloud recording won't play. As the account holder, I can see the recording, but no one else can get access. I tried removing the password but still no one else can view it. They get multiple security warnings e.g. that "Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern. This location may be unsafe."  Any ideas?
