Meeting registrants having to register twice

Hello:  I set up a reoccuring meeting with a registration link.  The registrants are having to register twice.  Once using the meeting registration link.  When they get their link from zoom and click it it then asks them to register again.  Any ideas on how to fix thisissue?

I am experiencing the same issue and it's extremely annoying. It's deterring advocates from trying to join the webinar.
