PowerPoint slide progression problems when using Screen Sharing on Zoom

At our last weekly hybrid meeting the remote attendees could not see the PowerPoint slides advance when we were screen sharing a Powerpoint presentation. We were projecting the same PPt presentation on a screen at the meeting at the same time. Those at the in person meeting could see the slides advance. Those on Zoom saw the first slide during the entire presentation and no subsequent slides. We are using MS Office 365 and this is the first time this has happened. We have managed quite a few hybrid meetings where we screen shared PowerPoints in the past and this did not occur. Anyone seen this problem before? If so where do we need to look to correct this for our next weekly meeting? We had 3 different PPts cued up and this same issue occurred with all of them.

Hallo zusammen,

 

bei mir in Zoom lässt sich der Hintergrund "Weichzeichen" nicht einstellen. Wenn ich den Haken bei Greenscreen rausnehme, verschwinden die Hintergründe.

Mein MacBook ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Ich bitte dringend um Hilfe.

When I scheduled a meeting, I turned on the auto local recording function and proceeded with the meeting. 

But after the meeting, the recorded file cannot be found on my mobile. 

Where can I find it?

Download locla recording takes time

We have a recurring problem that our users experience that local recordings takes to long to download. 

 

What determines how long the download takes? Is there any way to speed up the download?
And what times are normal according to Zoom? What should an hour of recording generally take to download?

 

Have searched for information regarding this but can not find anything.

Need to add a Cohost

I have pro and when I go to the dropdown co-host is not an option I need this resolved fast as I need to be able to add cohost by Sat. I enabled cohost,

No "More" options at controls at the bottom of the screen

There is no "More" options at controls at the bottom of the screen for me to live stream my meeting on Facebook and Youtube. My subscription is Standard Pro Monthly. Please advise. Yahya Hamid.

I would like to find out why my participants in my daily Zoom groups have their video feeds "bounced" from the top of the screen to the bottom (or too the middle), AFTER all participants are admitted to the meeting (I run a daily group of 15 clients maximum, and see clients "video shots" move from the top of the screen to the bottom, as if the computer is
"possessed".

Audio problem

I am having trouble with shared screen audio. when a participant (not me) shares a video including a song, I cannot hear the music, only the lyrics sometimes and the speakers' voice. it is not a headphone problem I checked. how can I fix it?

Recording- not present

I recorded a full meeting. Made sure all participants were aware the meeting is being recorded, and notified them when the recording ended at the end of the meeting (we all heard the 'the recording has ended' massage). The recording file, however, sh... Show more

I recorded a full meeting. Made sure all participants were aware the meeting is being recorded, and notified them when the recording ended at the end of the meeting (we all heard the 'the recording has ended' massage). 

The recording file, however, shows only 25 min of the meeting. 

(Also- I'm experienced Zoom user, recording my work meetings for the last 3 years- this is the first time it happened)

Cloud recording has CC but no transcript

I've done cloud recordings of many meetings before and with live transcriptions enabled, the audio transcript shows up on the side of the page with the recording, and closed captions that appear on the screen itself can be turned on or off. I recentl... Show more

I've done cloud recordings of many meetings before and with live transcriptions enabled, the audio transcript shows up on the side of the page with the recording, and closed captions that appear on the screen itself can be turned on or off. I recently recorded another meeting with live transcriptions enabled and the CC still appear but there was an error that said "transcript could not be generated" or something like that... How can there be captions but no transcript???

 

More importantly does anyone know what causes this so I don't recorder another meeting again only to get no transcript?
