I use a Mac. Normally when I have recorded a meeting on the cloud, I can click on the three dots to the right of the recording and click on the 'Download' button. Immediately the files whizz up to the top of the screen to show the downloading process has started, with the progress showing as it downloads. Now when I click on DOWNLOAD, nothing happens. I have checked my download folder to see if they have actually downloaded and no sign of the files. I have also tried to use the 'share link' and passcode and download that way. That doesn't work wither. My employer and meeting participants are waiting for the recordings. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution to it?

I think I already know the answer to this, but I figured I'd ask the "hive mind". I joined a meeting on my phone, not realizing it was my basic (free) account (i.e., no cloud storage). I recorded the meeting and layer went to review it and there was no saving of this extremely important info. I'm absolutely heartbroken. Is there *ANYWAY* to retrieve it? I mean, it was recorded, so it was saved somewhere... right? I will gladly pay a premium to get access to it as it involves a deceased relative. Any ideas greatly appreciated...

I'm not clear about these changes. I have a paid account that I have used during covid19 for meetings with family. We live in a radius of about 15 miles and occasionally I am not available to host a meeting. If one of my son's, neither of which have a paid account, was to log in as host, will that meeting now be limited to 40 minutes?

Hello! I can't for the life of me figure out how to provide alternate hosts with the link to enter a zoom meeting when I have required registration. I frequently create 3-hour meetings, with one alternate host presenting for the first 90 minutes, and a different alternate host presenting for the second 90 minutes. Before I required registration, I would simply copy the link from the meetings portion of the zoom website, and invite the alternate hosts to an outlook calendar invitation with the zoom link as a location. Now that I require registration, there is no meeting link that I can share with the alternate hosts. When I share the registration link, it tells them that "host cannot register." I can't seem to find how to let alternate hosts know how to access the meeting. Is there a meeting link I can share with the alternate hosts? Or is there some other way I should be letting them know how to access the meeting?

I have tried everything I know how to do and still VB and Blur refuse to work. I am very good with computers. The option is grayed out and states "Your device does not support virtual backgrounds". I have confirmed my PC has the necessary requirements and even tried multiple webcams. In fact, I even have my work computer next to me, and tried the webcam I use for work. These features work fine on my work PC (still, NOPE). I have tried going into systems and making changes, watched multiple YouTube videos, ad nauseum. Can someone help? I am now completely frustrated with Zoom and stuck. I have literally sat for hours reading articles and can't find the answer.

Hi, recently I have been trying to share sound for ProTools on Windows 10, I was told that I should be prompted to download the "ZoomAudioDevice" when I tick the Share Sound on the popup for screen sharing, but I am not seeing it. Therefore, I cannot find my ZoomAudioDevice. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but it still doesn't work. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks!

Is there a way to configure Zoom and ProTools to allow ProTools to record the audio of meeting participants and perhaps exclude the meeting organizer?
This on a Mac using a MOTU M2 interface.
