When setting up a new user for my organization, I created their Zoom Account before their email account had been configured. When I sent the invitation, of course, it bounced. Once I had created the user's email account 

they were still unable to receive an email despite my repeated attempts to resend the invitation.

 

Finally I contacted the Zoom helpdesk who told me the email account had been blocked on their end due to the 

initial bounce. As a Zoom Admin I would like to be able to see if a user's email has been blocked by Zoom.

User Management but no More ... icon

I want to delete (and replace) a User however some Users in User Management do NOT have the ... "More" icon!?  Also there is no delete tab at the top of the list to delete multiple Users??

Hi All,

I planned a (test) meeting with the possibility to get registered attendees. Why can't go direct to the list of registered people once choosing the meeting? I have to click on "editing" and once it is saved (without any changes), only after that steps the options "registration" , email  settings" and "branding" getting visible?

Hello.  I am using the breakout rooms for weekly workshops and I do random room assignments.  When I open the rooms and individuals join, there are usually a few that join but then are not joined all of a sudden?  As the host, when I select the breakout room list, I see everyone assigned but the person having trouble cannot re-access access their room.  I see their name in the assigned room but it is in grey lettering and (not joined) next to their name.  I try to give them access to the room again but I cannot since they are listed in that particular room but they cannot rejoin the room on their end.  The person will tell me who they were in the room with so they technically joined but no longer are in the room.  Is that on the room attendee's end where they can rejoin the room on their own since I cannot reassign them to the room?  I hover the mouse over their name and that particular room is missing in the available list.    Thank you for any help or insight!

I'm using the Azure Remote Desktop Connection to connect to our Azure Virtual Desktop but inside our Virtual Desktop it can only send sounds.. it cannot detect my microphone...

 

I cannot find a good video or document on how to implement this Zoom VDI to Virtual Desktop on the cloud

 

Any help is appreciated..

Zoom outlook plugin MAC wont launch

but when opening the calendar invite in outlook and selecting the "Join" button - zoom doesnt launch, it just minimizes the window.

 

Even if zoom client is open nothing happens, anyone else experienced this on a mac?

Resolved! Recording did not include multiple people

I recorded a session and when I replayed it I could not see the other speakers unless they spoke. I would like to see everyone in the screen during the whole recording? What do I do to accomplish that.

 

Look at the screenshot of my settings. I think I set it up right, but recording did not come out the way I wanted.

Very unstable latest version on Arch/Manjaro, keeps crashing especially with screen sharing

Hi,

Over the past few days, Zoom has been increasingly unstable to a point that it is now unusable. It usually crashes after a few minutes especially if I start sharing my screen then the window for the camera and the top bar becomes black/grey and the application becomes completely unresponsive. 

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the application several times (I even switched between the AUR, Snap or Flatpak) and nothing worked, it's extremely unstable and quickly crashes. I tried the following command to empty the cache but that did not worked either:
rm -fr ~/.zoom  
rm -fr ~/.cache/zoom
rm -rf ~/.cache/zoom && mv ~/.config/zoomus.conf ~/.config/zoomus.conf-old && mv ~/.zoom ~/.zoom-old (for this one, I get the following error: mv: cannot stat '/home/arnaud/.config/zoomus.conf': No such file or directory)
 
Zoom version : 5.11.3 (latest found on Zoom website), same issue with 5.11.1
Manjaro KDE plasma version 5.24.6
Kernel : 5.15.55-1-MANJARO 64bits
Graphic platform: X11
 
I have already submitted a ticket yesterday but I did not receive a fix yet.
Is it possible to access older version of Zoom for Arch ?

Resolved! Change to video?

Hello! Each month I host a recurring group call. It is audio only.

 

If I wanted to have video this month, can I simply hit my video camera? Or do I need to make any changes to the settings? Do I need to ask my people to do anything?
