Someones ipad updated today. She normally just joins a zoom meeting from an invitation link. Today it won't join unless she signed into a free account, the continue button was greyed out in the join meeting process. Others were joined to this meeting...

If you hold Alt + tab you can cycle through all the open applications, just stop when the blue square is around the Zoom programme. I'm assuming you are using a Windows PC or laptop.

This may be in the settings for the host. They will have opted for names and not photos, which is quite normal in this kind of meeting.
